By placing a commission, you agree to all terms of service.
By placing a commission you are confirming that you are over the age of 18, and have read and agree to all the following terms no exceptions. You are also confirming that any funds you would provide for your commission are yours to use.Please be aware that I am disabled and chronically ill. My hours of operation will vary depending on my overall health. Please permit at least a 3 day grace period for returns in messages. While I do my best to be on time, due to chronic illness I cannot guarantee delivery dates 100% of the time.Please consider joining my discord for ease of communication, health and delay updates, ect.Absolutely zero use of my work is permitted for NFTs or submissions, uploads, ect in AI generated databases. This includes intention to use the AI Generation "Edit image" feature on "X". I reserve the right to refuse service who is found to partake in the use of NFTs or AI Generation. Additionally I reserve the right to keep any payments made in the event of a cancellation due to NFT or AI Generative use.Illustration commissions may be subject to a commercial work upcharge depending on the intended use of the piece. This does NOT apply to Live2D Vtuber Models. Please consult the following table for upcharges. Artwork copyrights are retained by the artist (me) and I retain the rights to reproduce the art in the future unless otherwise compensated in the form of paying the fee for specific rights.

Payment plans are currently only available for returning clients with good standing. Please understand that this is for the artist's own protection.If a larger project is needed, or if you're interested in pursuing several services, a payment plan may be permitted upon request. Please know multiple missed payments without communication with the artist to discuss options will result in a permanent blacklisting.No refunds are permitted once work has begun. Clients receive a 48 hour grace period after the commission has been accepted to receive a full refund. Refund requests after this alotted time will result in a cancellation fee of 25%-50% the expected value of the commission for queue time and space lost at artist's disgression.Delays due to unforseen circumstances will NOT result in a refund. EX: natural disaster, electronic failure, injury, illness, power outages, ect.
